that’s happy birthday in arabic. my sis and i always sing the birthday song in arabic and english over the phone - and we’re not even arabs.
it’s the only thing we do without fighting and do consistently. and it doesn’t matter if we’re at work, we’re in the middle of something, the world has to stop, and one has to listen to the whole song. we grew up watching baba yassin on tv and that is from his show when he would have birthday parties for kids in the audience at the end of the show and they had huge cakes and presents.
here’s to many more years of good health, fun and fun jobs.

Hmmm…First of all Happy Freakin’ Birthday (thanks for the warning BTW, I am just now finding this out at 11:30 at night. Maybe I should be saying “Happy Late Ass Freakin’ Birthday!” LOL) Maybe Mr Hot should dress up as a Chippendale and bring you some “Cake al la Liquor” as a gift (wouldn’t that be something to see in a house with 2 other teenage boys ~ and yes, I know that one of them is NOT a teenager. But mentally, aren’t they all really, like, 14 forever. LOL)
Anyway, hope that it was truly a “Happy Freakin’ Birthday”!
