Haiku Friday - Shopping Plans
For each step forward,
Process goes seventeen back,
Three days of life gone.
While I was away,
The washing machine blew up,
Only six years old.
So, Sears…Here we come.
Others go to BlogHer,
I go to the mall.
Then - after the mall,
Grocery shopping I think.
Wish you were me, huh?

Seriously? The washing machine went? You’re the third blogger who has mentioned something going wrong with their washer this week.
And seeing that I just lost my washer - it is kind-of creepy. I think the dang things have a conspiracy going.

My washing machine is less that two years old - - so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this bad washing machine luck doesn’t come MY way!
I am heading to the Mall after work, though - - but I’m going to Kohl’s to get my extra 30% off of . . . well, SOMETHING . . . not sure what yet, but I’ll know it when it jumps off the rack and wraps itself around me, and we bond as soulmates for life . . .

gee. no shopping. i just have a dress rehearsal tonight for showcase. i’m too nervous to shop right now.
and please no washer/dryer issues. we’re strapped for cash the next few months. i mean, we always are (where’s my sugar daddy?) but these next few months are a bit extra tight.

That stinks! We bought a washer and dryer 8 years ago with a 10 year warrantee. We’ve had so much work done on it I’m sure it will up and die the moment the warrantee expires. Oh well. They definitely don’t build them like they used to.

OMGoodness! That’s sooooo not a fun way to spend the day.
Wanna know what *possibly* sucks more than that (although, not much more than that)…wait for it…I was driving home today in the middle of the pouring rain, when out of NO~FREAKIN’~WHERE the windshield wiper on the passenger side of the car STOPPED working. It just died and sat there like it had a thumb to put up it’s ass. In the POURING FREAKIN’ RAIN! Imagine the words that were uttered in my car this afternoon.
Anyway, enough of the blah, blah, blah from me. Sorry your day was not so much fun!
ohhh washing machine shopping…get one of those kewl front loaders…/shifty…LOL! I’m surprised my almost 10 year old set didn’t give today after doing 10, yes 10 loads of laundry.
