@Krissa — I wear a 39, which is about an 8. They’re not cushy like Crocs (of which I have many pairs), but the arch support is amazing. Given how firm they are on the inside, I don’t know why they’re so comfy — magic??? I work at the local university and my parking spot is a mile from my office. (Truly a mile; I’ve measured it.) I wear my Danskos most day for my “commute” and they’re every bit as comfortable as my sneakers.

@Twigs — Yes, they ARE that comfortable. Better than sneakers or Crocs or going barefoot.

@Shelly — When I’m buying Danskos, I price them at Zappos first. Then I got to eBay and hunt until I find some that are my size, new in the box (I don’t wear used shoes), and selling (Buy it Now) for far less than Zappos. So far, I’ve never spent more than $85 including shipping and my best deal was $65 including shipping.

What I need is a new pair of plain black ones…that said, I’d probably go with red.

My MIL called my husband to ask my shoe size because she wanted to buy me a pair of toe-separator flip flops for pedicures. I have had exactly ONE pedicure in my life – he gently headed her off at the pass.

Gosh, I love me my Danskos, too (I have, of course, plain black ones), and I don’t even live where you live. Trust me on the latter point.

I’d pick both pairs. Seriously.

If you can pick only one, I’d pick the red ones because I love red shoes. Lovelovelove them. Red shoes. Mmmmmmmh.

They are both super cute! I have a co-worker who has a really cute pair of danskos that I totally covet, but I just won’t spend that much. (yet.) I think I’m a little partial to the red ones, which is weird for me, because generally, I hate red. But I really like those.
